St. Petesburg cop John Klipp Resigns
Over 'Inappropriate Relationship'
Klipp would have been fired had
he not resigned for.allegedly having an inappropriate relationship with the
victim of a domestic battery situation. According to the report, Klipp began
"a series of inappropriate text messages and phone conversations," with
a domestic battery victim.
