Manchester NH cop Adam Beland pleaded innocent in Manchester
District/circuit court on Wednesday January 23,2013 to two charges of simple
assault-domestic.Beland is accused of approaching his wife from behind and
shoving her 2 to 3 times and of placing his left arm around her neck and
